2. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to ensure our products are described and photographed accurately. As each item is handmade, slight variations may occur — we believe this adds to their uniqueness.

If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you:

Confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete
Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided
Agree to these Terms & Conditions

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll notify you again when it’s dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Custom or personalised orders may take longer — estimated times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Spiral Stone Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Non-Personalised Items:
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition for a refund (excluding original postage costs).

Personalised or Custom Items:
Due to the made-to-order nature, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once work has begun, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and text on this website are the property of Spiral Stone Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website or our products without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to ensure accuracy and quality, we are not liable for:

Delays or errors outside our control
Loss or damage during delivery (we’ll always help you resolve it)
Any indirect loss resulting from use of our products or website
