At Spiral Stone Studio, we take great care in packing and dispatching your orders. Every item is sent from our studio in Surrey, UK, with the same attention to detail that goes into our handmade creations.

International shipping available on request — please contact us before ordering

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

Personalised or custom-made items may take longer to process. Please refer to the product page for estimated dispatch times, or get in touch if you need your order urgently — we’ll always do our best to help.

Shipping Options & Rates

UK Orders:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2–4 working days – £2.95
First Class Upgrade (1–2 working days): £3.95
Free UK Delivery on orders over £30

International Orders:

Rates and estimated delivery times will be quoted individually — please contact us at [your email] to arrange international shipping.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in eco-conscious materials and, where possible, wrapped ready to gift. We do not include pricing or receipts in gift orders.

Tracking & Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is included with selected shipping upgrades — if your service includes it, a tracking number will be provided.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers, especially during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, postal strikes).

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
